Justiciary (i.e. the Judges); the second transition of Isreal’s government was a time, when God raised judges to rule Israel, because of idolatry, the Lord God delivered Israel into the hands of their enemies to oppress them Judges 2:6-19, 2 Samuel 7:11, Ruth 1:1
